What if you don't know the food to put in

I ate at my familys house tonight for Thanksgiving - what if I don't know what to put for food in the calorie thing?

    I just try and guess. If it was a special meal, I try not to fret about it much. :)

    If you don't know what the food is called, you could ask someone.

    If unsure on spelling, google search, or a dictionary.
