what to eat before a workout
I get up at 5:30 am to go on my treadmill for 1 hour before i go to work. I eat a bananna and have a cup of coffee. I was just wondering what people eat befor there workout? After my workout i eat a yogurt.

My husband and I are looking into buying a heart rate monitor to get a more accurate reading of the calories we are burning. need advice
7 weeks ago I broke my foot and was unable to workout. The past week I have been able to get back on the treamill and I have been doing so good. So disappointed
For the past 2 weeks I have stayed the same. I only have 5lbs to go. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I workout everyday and stick to my mfp calories. This has been working all along. Now it just stoped. Any advice.

Not enough calories
I have been following fitness pal for 1 week. I work out 2x a day and burn up on average 500 calories from excercise. I am on a very strict diet, But according to fitness pal I am under my calorie intake everyday. Somedays like today i am under 600 calories. wIll this hurt me in trying to lose weight?

I work out 80 min mon -fri and 60 min on sat & sun. My extra calories from excercise ranges from 650-1035 a day. I really do try and close to it, but it is just alot of extra that i can't consume. Help with calorie intake
So i am not meeting my calorie intake, everyday i am below somewhere between 200- 600 calories. . will this hurt me to where i wont lose weight? Ihave lost 5lbs in a week, I wokout everyday 5 days a week i workout 2x a day and 2 days i workout 1x a day, So i am getting in a 7day workout. Any suggestions?
