Last 10lbs

I am really in need of help. So i have my last 10lbs to loose and it seems imposible. I try really hard not to leave to many calories at the end of the day. I work out 5-6 days a week for 45- 60 min. I really do eat healthy and rarley ever cheat. BUt i just feel mo matter what i do i can't seem to get it off. I have an elliptical and a treadmill and am so desperate to get these 10lbs off. Any advice would be great. I also try to have a low carb diet. I also tryed south beach but i felt so sick doing that. I did it for 1.5 weeks

    I am having the same problem. I cannot seem to lose the last 7 pounds. I am excited about my clothes fitting looser.

    start lifting heavier and change up the cardio
