So it has been 6 very long weeks since I have been able to workout, Because I broke my foot.
It feels great to get up at 5:30 to get on the treadmill. I can"t believe how much I have missed it.
The bad thing is I have about 5 lbs to loose, 10 would be great. But i have put on 5LBS.
It is amazing just how important excercising is. Well here I am and i feel like my old self, back into a routine.

Welcome back! Great to see someone who is keeping it off. That is the hardest part -- to keep vigilant!
Bravo for you coming back and getting rid of those pesky 5 before they become those pesky 10!0
