Do as many push ups as you can +1 every day for 7 days. If you need to do them on your knees then go for it but try to challenge yourself!

Goal-Meeting Days: Stay right at or slightly below cal goal for the week. Hopefully you guys are already doing this but try extra hard this week to follow through! Plus it is the holiday weekend so enjoy yourself but make sure to practice moderation because you don't want to get off track!

Which calorie calculator is more reliable? I have typed my info in both and gotten 1900 calories from scooby's and 1734 from iifym. Which do you guys use?

Have You and the Family Try New Recipes: There are healthy recipe blogs like Skinnytaste.com. Take 2-3 days and try some with the family. Eliminate junk food and snacks the other days.
