get 'er done!
so since i'm 2 weeks behind everyone else (since i had my first and worst flu ever!) i've been juggling around the workouts. so if my calculations are correct i should only be a week behind when the new cycle starts march 5th. then when some juggling there (and no body disasters!) i will finish on time! :drinker:

i think i have to face the fact that i have the flu. i'm feeling worse each day not better. so just to be safe i'm going to aim for a monday restart of week 2. and good job keeping at it everyone! i know the first time i did it 30lbs ago it tore me up! but it works! :drinker:

how are you feeling on day 7?
i'm feeling surprisingly good considering I did 60 minutes of lower body yesterday and called chris a few names I can't repeat in polite company! my legs aren't anywhere near as sore as the last time I did lower body! anyone else spend more time watching the tv to make sure their yoga poses are correct than they spend actually enjoying it? my breathing is always off and i'm never fully relaxed. but i can power through one a week. :ohwell:

nsv getting better and better!
so i have this pair of jeans i've been using as a size gauge that i couldn't get past my hips. lately i have been able to pull up and button with some effort but not zip. today i was able to zip them! i couldn't sit down or breath in them but i got those mothertruckers zipped! kiss my shrinking @ss stupid scale! :bigsmile:
