just a little exercise nsv for me today...

i decided to go back over my exercise records from my first day at the gym on 11/3 until today. first day on the bike i rode 7 miles in 65 minutes at a speed of 6.46mph. but today i rode 8.9 miles in 45 minutes at a speed of 11.86mph! and that was with 3 minutes at a lower speed so i could check my pulse and drink some water. my original goal was 10mph and i didn't realize i'd already passed it until today. now i've changed it to 15mph because i know it is possible! :bigsmile:
