i was able to do 20 full sit-ups without anyone having to hold my feet down! ok, so it was 2 sets of 10 but i still did it! i didn't even know i could do it until i tried it. woot woot! totally changed my mindset of what my body can and can't do. i was still working out like it was my body 30lbs ago not the one i have now! can't wait to see what else i can do! :bigsmile:
