What’s everyone’s go to for breakfast and dinner. Lunch I usually make a sandwich or a salad w grilled chicken. Need some more healthy ideas for the other two meals. :) also I have a 6 year old and a 35 year old (fiancé the bigger child) so need some recipes that they’d like too. 🤗

Is to much protein a bad thing? Someone said if you eat too much you'll gain weight. Like today I went over by 25 grams. Is that awful?

Belly pooch
I've lost almost 65 pounds and have about 30 to go. However my belly pooch doesn't look any different. I had a c-section a year and a half ago. Was wondering if anyone had any good exercises in mind. Thanks in advance : )

so i loveeee white bread and hate wheat Bread to you guys recommend any alternatives or a healthy tasty wheat I might enjoy I have been trying to bring food to week but it keeps being sandwiches I need more ideas. Also do you guys have a breakfast protein shake you love?

Anyone own a tread climber?
Its a huge purchase, but I wanted to know if anyone here has bought one and would recommend it. I think it would be better than going to the gym since it's harder for me to get there. Just wanted to hear opinions.

Anyone else completely fall of the wagon in 2012. Ya know I bought a gym membership in February and maybe went 20 times. it's so pathetic. I want 2013 to be the best year ever. No excuses. I'm sick of it, I'm sick of starting something and never finishing. I've quite smoking and now I want to lose the rest of this weight…

totally blew it today :/
I went to the gym had an awesome burn. then ate away in cookies and ice cream and tacos. what a horrible/ stupid thing......blah. Guess I'll be working extra hard tomorrow morning!

and it feels good to start eating better and exercising again...though i gotta tell ya i just got done with a mini work out and ouch lol. so here we go. summer 09 will be crunch time before i start college :) so excited!!!!! whose with me??!!!!!!!:drinker:

hey everyone! well ive lost ten pounds sometimes i gain a couple back but then i lose it. i can't seem to get past that....and ive beeneating horribly....i actually just ate wendys... :( i know i know bad girl...i just can't seem to get back on the wagon...it seems so much harder now..anyone else fallen off it lately??

i just got it did level one with my boyfriend and we were both on the floor dying lol. but does anyone know about how many calories you burn from each level?

over 500
calories i burned just now :) I feel great. and almost 100 carbs. would have kept going but i needed to relax. now i have over 1200 calories left for me lol. doubt ill eat em all but i feel amazing!!

on my treadmill it says how many calories i have burned and carbs but how do i figure out how many grams of fat ive burned..it would be nice to know especially those days i go over :blushing:

those trainers scare me lol. but it wouldn't be so bad having someone their kicking your butt into motion. i really hope Daniel stays for awhile. I want him to do really good. 30 pounds is amazing!!!

finally out of the 90s :)
i am no longer in the 190s. i have made it to 188 :) so very happy. i never want to go back there ever! and i exercised 302 calories today :) and still have 400 left even though im not hungry. woot woot :) im in a good mood lol:happy:
