ive almost gone over 100 grams of it...is that bad??? i ate some chicken that had alot of protein....

    Hope that helps out a bit! I always go over my protein, but it's ok when working out - builds muscles.

    It wont kill you to go over once in a while. If you exercise a lot and drink plenty of water, there is no harm at all.

    What kind of diet are you following? What is your fat to protein to carb ratio or daily allowance?
