HI, Our pool has just started doing Aqua zumba....does anyone know how many cals an hour would burn at mid to high impact? Thanks

do you count....
Miscellaneous eating ....as in, in addition to your daily meals but odd mouthfulls of food. I have a 1year old and for example when trying to get him to eat I sometimes eat a forkfull myself......it would be so difficult to work out so wondered how others do. I Thought maybe a contingency of 50cals per day maybe.

wouldn't it be good if.....
We had inbetween sizes......on a good day I'm a UK dress size 10.....on a bad day a 12, well nearly!!!! A 10 will look tight and squeezed in, but a 12 good on The legs big and baggy on The waist If only there was a size 11 Just a thought ;)

I think my body has its own idea of ideal weight!
Just a thought, but do you think It's possible that your bodys ideal weight may differ from what you think? My personal ideal weight is 8.5stone, or UK dress size 8 (I'm 5ft) However the weight I have always found it easy to maintain.....add hardest to get past is 9.5 stone,dress size 10. just measured the thigh of all my old happy jeans and it is apparent I need to lose up to 3" off each thigh!!!
