bike riding with child

I'm trying to figure out calories burned on a 5 mile bike ride with a child at 20lb on a bike seat attached to my bike
I don't suppose ill be riding very fast!

I don't know.....but would love to know, i regularly take my 2 year old out with me for long rides and only use the mfp figures for cycling...though it would be good to know, may have to invest in some equipment to measure things like this.
