Hi,
bit of a random one, ideally im aiming to loose 2" off each thigh and Knee area, however if i am lucky enough to succeed with this will my skin really accept its new measuement without going all loose??
My legs are by no mean the best and lways been a pet hate of mine, but looking at them the other night it dawned on me that i would rather they look how they do now than if it was just spare skin, im not a very big girl, its just that my weight seems to go around my knee & thigh area (just bove my knee its 16" which i hate)
thank you so much

At 32 years old, you have a good shot of all that skin on your legs snapping back, yes. Younger skin is more elastic than older skin, and you were only 16 pounds overweight so the skin was not very stretched in the first place.0

from what I've read about this it really does tighten up.
I think, however, that how well it tightens largely depends on how quickly you lose it (slow and steady is best) and your age (the younger you are the more elasticity your skin has)
I hope it tightens anyway! Cause I don't want to look like I'm wearing a baggy wetsuit for the rest of my life once I hit my goal ;o)0 -
it depends it will if you do exercise to tighten skin but if you just lose the weight and dont exercise then no it wont hun0

I agree with PP. Your skin isn't as stretched and should be able to bounce right back. Unlike mine, since I've been overweight for a long time and my skin has been super stretched, it'll take forever for it to bounce back.
Genetics play a big role in this category. Anyway, if it does end up being a little loose, it takes a little bit of time until it'll tighten up.0 -

If there is an exercise to tighten skin, I would love to know. This is where many people become mistaken. In order to do this said "tightening skin exercises" you're toning the muscle underneath to help the appearance of loose skin disappear. You can't tighten skin by any form of exercise.0
