Hi,
I've been calorie counting since Jan and lost 9lb which is great, but not yet seeing much results on inch loss.
Ive finally realised I need to exercise too ;-)
I've started zumba (fast dance/aerobics approx 500 call per session) and talent up bike riding.( only started 2 weeks ago)
I do one session of zumba a week and Ive managed a 5 mile bike ride per week, but my question is how many 5 mile rides do I really need to be doing to loose serious inches of my legs/ hips ect...
Also hoe long do you think before this happens?

You have very little to lose. So even if you workout 6 days a week its going to come off slow. You might want to try HIIT training0

5 mile bike rides are really not frightfully long and depending on your pace probably don't burn an awful lot. If you like cycling why don't you try a spin class? You'll be burning a lot more trhan during a 5 mile steady ride.0

Thanks for the responses, I know 5 miles is nothing major......but its pretty new to me so its a good start point where I can build up to more, and it all counts.
I'm keen to stick with good old bike as I enjoy the fresh air & beautiful view.....plus I hate the idea of it Hung in the garage!0 -
Just remember every little bit adds up so rather someone thinks 5 miles or not it is something to u so keep your head up and just do little things to start they really do add up0
