so......
a while back i was doing really well and lost 14lb......then i hit a major platue and kinda gave in :-( and gained half of it back!
so, ive had a holiday, a sulk, a 'i cant do it'.......and no im back on track, day one nearly over and wasnt too hard, although bike ride was a killer!!
fingers crossed i stay on track and loose again :-)
