This is a follow on from the September 2015 Weight Loss Challenge. It works the same way: You set your own goals, then weigh in each week. (Feel free to change the weigh-ins to suit your own schedule.) Everyone is welcome, no matter what your goals may be. You don't need to have done the September challenge to join in October. (In fact, you can join at any time.)

    Oct 1 I will weigh in. I have been at this for a month and have not gotten on the scale. I am so afraid of it. I know that I have lost some weight but if the number on the scale is not what I would like it to be I get discouraged. With this challenge I will be forced to find out what I actually weigh. I have to start somewhere.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been picking better food choices, limiting alcohol, and working out, but haven't seen the scale move much! Ready for the numbers to get moving so the plan is to be more consistent with workouts as well as sticking within my calories EVERY DAY!

    Successes/struggles this week: Struggles have been going on for months! I lost 24 lbs on WW, gained 13 back, am getting short of breath, feel sluggish, not getting any exercise, eating way too much. I cancelled WW due to trying to save $ (and since I wasn't tracking anyway). This challenge seems to be calling my name. Good luck to all!
