Has anyone here supplemented both of them together and can tell me if it gives good results?

A lot of members use creatine as it's one of a handful of supplements that has been widely studied and demonstrated to be extremely effective. Last time I used it, I was having stomach cramping issues which i wasn't able to overcome. I do plan on trying again, but with a few different brands. I would definitely recommend staying with Creatine Monohydrate, as it's the most effective version. https://examine.com/supplements/Creatine/

I haven't tried L-Caritine, but I wouldn't put much faith in it from a fat burning perspective as a means to stay more lean. At least according to: https://examine.com/supplements/L-Carnitine/ it doesn't look promising.

If you aren't doing so already, caffeine and a good whey supplement will be your best bang for your buck. Whey is typically high in leucine which is a driver for MPS. And obviously, caffeine can increase energy output.
