are hip thrusts a lift?? if so, those at the moment :D im digging a bicep curl right now too

Haha I hope so because I said them too. I would also say chin ups but that isn't a lift.. I kind of stink at everything else (omg my deadlifts are the pits.. and I don't really squat). Do I even lift?? :#

Chin-ups should definitely qualify, especially if weighted. It's always fun to see some of the guys who waddle around the gym, curling 90s, who can't do a pullup to save their lives. ;)

Squats & bench. (Trying to train myself to love OHP)

OHP is easy to love, once you get stronger at it. Unfortunately, it's a movement that most people are really bad at for a while, due to rarely using it in daily life, except for with the lightest of stuff.

This is exactly the case, & is coming along now.

The kettle lift vinyasa: lift kettle, place under tap, fill, replace on counter, turn on, wait. Lift kettle, pour contents into mug with teabag, add milk, stir. Then 10 reps of mug to mouth, or until mig is empty. Rinse mug. Repeat.

Deadlifts, I'm kinda shy to do hip thrusters in the gym.

Just don't make eye contact with anyone and you're good; or do and make a hilarious spectacle of it if they look at you odd as you do so.

Overhead squats and front squats. They use everything, and make the cores strong!

It's just that it feels awkward, no I never make eye contact when I work out.

It depends on the day. On leg day I love leg press. Shoulder day, lateral raises, Arm day it's incline bench curls

Split squats! One leg RDL! They are both destroying my ego right now, which means it will just come back bigger and stronger, right??

I used to love Squats but for some reason I now feel unbalanced and insecure when doing it. I also sometimes feel a bit dizzy (maybe from going up and down rather frequently?)
So, the next best is deadlifts. I just LOVE how strong it makes you feel.
