Slow process but getting there. Right direction at least. Was a tough week for dieting this week. Anniversary (our 45th) dinner Saturday and then our granddaughter's bday dinner on Sunday. Lost 1 lb so I'm a happy camper.2 -

Im gonna jump in on this! My birthday is June 4th. I wanna try an lose 20lbs by then! By not going over my calorie intake and cutting out soda ( I drink at least a case a day!)

I'm in. I got on the scale this morning and saw that I had gained another 4 pounds. Have had some life changes so it was probably stress eating. My goal weight is to get back to 150. Right now I am 215. 30 pounds by the end of July would be wonderful0

Going really slowly here. Pounds just don't seem to want to move no matter what I do. Even cutting my calories to 1000 and exercising daily doesn't seem to work. Need to be more accurate with the weighing, measuring and tracking I think and take it all ONE DAY AT A TIME instead of thinking about the end result 25 lbs from now. Thanks for "listening". Have a good Easter everyone.
