Where do i start?

Im 5'6 107 lbs and want to gain muscle mass. the thing is, right now i eat whatever i want and dont watch my diet. i run occasionally (1-2x a week) i dont know where to start in terms of diet/workouts to gain lean muscle mass and would like some advice. thank you.
