Do you tend to eat on autopilot?

Options

Hi! If you're an automatic type of an eater who has the tendency to overdo it, I just wanted to let you know we have a small group going that checks in with each other each day for support and inspiration. We share many resources & exercises to help each other become more self aware. We're actually 4 weeks into a 10-week challenge. Feel free to join in:

All we ask if you wanna start now is that you introduce yourself within a couple hours of being approved to join the group. We share a lot of stuff in the group that sometimes is a little personal, and wouldn't want lurkers just watching and not participating. So if you're the chatty type, I hope to see you there!

Our group, "The Mindfulness Nerds" is starting up again with a new 77 Day Challenge this Friday 8/11. Set your own goal for the time period. This is the last "active recruiting" post I'll make for the challenge.

Check out our link to see what we do, and if join in if you think you'd like to join in. We simply ask that you introduce yourself immediately when you join in. The more the merrier.

Personally I only eat when I'm flying manually. It's the stress, you know. When the autopilot's on, I take a nap. Don't tell air traffic control.

Absolutely. When I'm not tracking food I tend to mindlessly graze all day long. Tracking has been a blessing to more mindful eating.

I don't eat when flying. It gets the controls all sticky.

I would, but it's hard keeping the autopilot inflated.

Funny riffs on term, "autopilot" . ^ FYI, the FAA and NTSB have no jurisdiction over our group.
