Muscle mass percentage

I recently had my muscle mass measured and it is at 50.8% and my bone mass is 4.6%. Looking at the charts on the internet shows that I'm high on both measures. I'm a 28 yo female with body fat of 24%. I really don't know if these results are good or bad. Or if they could cause problems in the future.

What method was used to determine this? There are some highly inaccurate methods out there.
