    I'm in for November, and I am going to do 5,000/day. I have a desk job, and I normally end up around 4,000 on the weekdays. :)

    I am in I am going to set a goal for 2,000/day and see what happens. I just started doing stretches/exercising and I actually passed out and have been very lightheaded so I am going to start slow and work my way up. By the end of the month I want to be at 5,000.

    Hi guys! I love these fitness challenges. They push you further in your fitness goal all the while making it fun. My average is 9500/wk but I too will be aiming for 11k. See you all!

    Joining this challenge for the first time. I am recovering from a brain operation so my step goal is feeble but I will work on increasing it. I have more surgery on the 13th nov too x I am going for 3000 a day from now until my next surgery and then 1500 post op x

    Im in i usually do about 10k steps on weekdays and slack on weekends
    so lets use this to kick my butt and maintain it for all 7 days :D

    I'm in! Thank you for running the challenge :) . My goal will be 11,000 every day except Sunday. I need to know I have a day "off" if not from eating just from having a movement goal:) . I usually try to hit 10,000 so I'm excited to try to up this goal!!

    In order to squash my perfectionist tendencies, I'm going to try for an average of 11,000 per day, so a goal of 330,000 for the month:)

    So I am changing mine. I am going to aim for 8,000 a day except for Sunday’s I took it slow today and I am over 5,000 so that is what I am going to change mine to.

    I'm going to shoot for 9k a day. I have an office job so I really struggle some days to get good step counts. I'm excited to try this and see what happens. :p
