    Can I ask, what does everyone use to keep track of your steps? Is there something better than others?

    Hi, I have a fitbit which tracks all my steps, but I've also heard you can get an app for your phone that will track all your steps as long as you carry your phone with you everywhere. Perhaps someone on here uses their phone and can suggest an app.

    I use the Pacer app on my phone, carrying the phone in a Napolean pocket on my chest, and it syncs with MFP.

    Works pretty good, not perfect. Might be better in a leg pocket or on the arm but I don't have a safe way to secure it.

    I also keep my old pedometer in my right pants pocket as a monitor of accuracy, because I have used it for years and know it is accurate. But not able to sync with anything else.

    Aiming for 10,000 per day
    November 1: 11,698
    November 2: 8,575
    November 3: 10,512
    November 4: 9,367
    November 5: 3,876 - took the day off and having fun with the family
    November 6: 11,378 - total 55406 - a bit short.
