    Pick a short one from the charts. Do that and see how you feel. Feel better!

    I havent been very successful in getting the exersizes in everyday. I am getting my stretches and walking in everyday.

    14th-I took a walk with the dogs and did stretches. My workout was cleaning,cooking and doing wash.

    I'm current through today - day 15 on Fab Feb and Lose the Love.
