Skinless chicken breasts, tuna, steak, whey are all decent options.

What is your intake goal and bw?

    Depends on your food preferences

    Protein bars shakes etc.

Skinless, boneless, chicken breast. Too plain? Add Frank's, it's 0 calories.

Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, big batches of precooked chicken, beef- measured and ready to eat. And something I just found at "grocery outlet canned food" store is adzuki spaghetti noodles they are high protein and high fiber and not bad when added to broth with above mentioned meat!

Mix some baking powder, 1 scoop of protein powder, 60ml milk (water, soy, almond milk) etc and microwave for 1 min and you have protein cake in a mug. I do this when I don't want to drink my powder.

...You shouldn't be using whey to add to your protein goal , it should only be used during or after workouts...
    Why?
