Low carb cheesecake brownie mug cake

Options
Ok so I've been dying for a cheesecake brownie but didn't want to cheat. I eat low carb so no flour or sugar. I do still eat artificial sweetener even though I know it's bad. Lol but as any other treat this is for occasional use! It was the best thing I've had so I thought I'd share my recipe. :)

Low carb cheesecake brownie mug cake

Brownie portion:
1/2 teaspoon butter
Half of one beaten egg
1 tablespoon Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
2 packets Splenda or sweetener of choice
Splash of vanilla
A pinch of baking powder (maybe 1/8 teaspoon)

Cheesecake portion:
Half of one beaten egg
2 oz softened cream cheese
1 packet Splenda
Splash of vanilla

In a mug melt the small pat of butter. Add all other brownie portion ingredients to the mug adding the half an egg last and mix well making sure to incorporate all the cocoa. In small separate container mix all ingredients for the cheesecake portion with the second half of beaten egg. Don't worry if it's a little lumpy, it all melts together. :) Pour into the mug over the top of the brownie mixture. Do not mix the two. Heat in microwave 1 minute 20 seconds. (Microwave cooking may vary, this is what worked for me.)

Enjoy! I ate mine hot and it was awesome that way. You could probably refrigerate it and have it cold but I don't know how it would turn out. Anyway hope it helps somebody. :) also this is the first time I've written a recipe so if it needs clarification please let me know. Lol and be kind ;)

I don't usually tag recipe threads as they usually involve cauliflower somehow, and I can't cook. But this sounds good...plus even I should be able to make it. Thanks.

I must tell you, I started mixing this up before realizing I didn't have cocoa powder.... so I drove to Pathmark at 11:50pm to buy some. This mug cake was worth it! Wonderful :)

    I made mine with a full tsp of butter and a tsp of real sugar. Came out to 281 calories/ 9g carbs(2g fiber)/ 13g protein/ 22gfat.

I feel like I'm eating clumps of cream cheese and egg when I make this. Must be something I'm doing wrong?
