    I was stupid enough to smoke for many years but quit cold turkey over 20 years ago!!! With all the current medical research information on the dangers of smoking, I consider it one of the smartest things I even did was to quit!!

    During yoga teacher training last weekend, I cried during kirtan. Couldn't participate because it was so moving, so I sat on my mat and let the tears (and snot) flow...after getting a box of tissues.

    Thanks girl, I do! It's a blessing and a curse right now, I'm working on experiencing feelings sans tears, it'll be nice when I can share my feelings without the need for tissues. Apparently it's not fair to argue with a crying woman.

    I believe that is life is fleeting and there is no guarantee that i will make it home every night. thats one of the reasons that i believe that we need to give in to our indulges and enjoy every moment
