Time for me to up the ante! I am going to use this wonderful challenge for myself for both day time snacking (DTS) and LNS. I work in an office consisting of 12 women. They are noshing continuously, each taking turns to buying or bringing high calorie, high sugar snacks. Our clients are loving us to death by bringing in foods not on my planned menu for the day. Temptation levels are high and YES at times I can cave. Knowing that I am accountable to myself for LNS, I will also be accountable to myself for DTS.4 -
