Sooo , what should my macros look like if i want to gain muscle? How long will it take?

Calories are what is important for weight gain. If you want to gain some muscle, than adequate protein (.8-1.2g/lb of lbm) is ideal, along with a progressive overload lifting program. Fats should be around .35-.6g/lb of lbm and carbs can be the rest.
You should aim for .5-1lb/week.7 -
