This is a challenge for people like me who fell off the wagon. Start with eating clean and moderate excercise. Anyone can join, just post your progress. There will be weigh ins every 5 days. Below are the dates:

I'm in--Halloween candy afterglow made me gain a couple pounds and I can't add on more for thanksgiving!3

I just got hit with inspiration. I'll join. Having way too much sugar as soon as holiday treats hit the stores! I want to lose 6 pounds by Christmas and keep going.

My goal is to stay in my calorie goal on the app and exercise around 300-500 calories a day.3 -
Ultimate goal to lose 10 lbs by Trinidad Carnival in February- 1300 cal/day and moderate exercise 3x/week. For this month I hope to lose 3 lbs!

Yay!!! Just what I was looking for! I'm SO in! Post wedding indulgence is OVER!! Now back to pre wedding weight. Sadly, I only got married a month and a half ago and I gained 8lbs but been dieting for a few days now. it's time to see the extra lbs go! Let's do this people!!!!!! Game ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!
