Getting close to target, still losing 2 lbs a week, not hungry...

Start adding back some calories, even if it’s just 100 a week. But I’d skip the donuts and go for beans, grains and starchy veggies to add some quality nutrients with the calories. Don’t get me wrong, I like a good donut.0

So I've upped the calories a bit and I'm over my mental block. Still losing a bit experiencing significant fluctuations that I didnt before. Doing great. Pretty much reached goal weight. Want to add muscle and lose fat over next 6 months. Isnt life awesome ?3

I've found if I'm hungry but I know I've eaten properly for the day, it's usually a good sign to drink some water. You know those 24 packs of bottle water? I go through that in 2 days myself, lol
Water is a holy grail man. Drink a few glasses when you feel hungry, and you won't feel hungry anymore
( fantastic for evenings when I feel hungry but it's after 8 PM and I know I shouldn't eat)
