New to MyFitnessPal & tracking foods

I joined per VShred nutritionist suggestion to help track my macros and foods. Hopefully this’ll make it easier as learning all this can be overwhelming. Crossing my fingers it’ll become automatic soon.

    I’m doing the Vshred carb cycling. I’ve been using My Fitness pal for over 10 years and it’s tedious to enter all your meals. But if you eat certain foods on repeat, then this app remembers it and it’s much easier to find. Good luck in your journey! I started this week to.

    I'm doing carb cycling too. I like that MFP lets me set different carb goals for different days of the week. I started May 1st, and I'm already feeling a difference. I completed Day 4 of my Vshred workouts today. I just have to figure out how to keep this level of motivation by the ends of the month.
