Any other diabetic quadriplegics out there?

6000 steps a day
I'm starting at 6000 steps per day then after a month build it upto 7000 and so on until I reach 10000 steps a day. I have problems with my right leg and knees so it's very painful to walk that's why I started at a low stepage. Plus I need to figure out how to get my Fitbit to sync with mfp

Knee injury making exercise difficult, help?
I have recently injured my knee somehow and I am struggling to do cardio at the gym. After around 5 minutes on the treadmill or a similar cardio machine my knee starts hurting and I have to stop.
