HOW TO SET A NEW CHALLENGE
Guys does anyone know how I set a challenge on the app? Crazy I know but I like to see progress on the app that I can maybe share on Fb etc Sometimes when I enter new weight it shows , congratulations you have lost x and total loss x' but others it doesn't HELP!!!! I'm lost :)

February Running challenge

Watching my weight as a parent...
Does anyone else here have the habit of finishing the food their kids don't eat? I do that - gotta get out of that habit! Also, I think it's harder to keep junk food out of the house when you have a family - anyone else struggling with this?
