I gained 10 pounds since July 2016 and have developed an unhealthy habit of late night overeating of pasta, pastries, fries and red wine. This needs to change before I blow up even more.

I It takes 21 days to change a habit so I will do a 21 days plant based.

    Are you following a vegan or vegetarian eating plan? Just wondering how strict "plant based" entails.
