Eating Back Exercise Calories Question
Now that I'm in a comfortable place, I would like to increase calories to stop losing inches/weight so I don't get too thin. I've been using MFP's maintenance calories of 1690 and ate back all my exercise calories but found out that they weren't my real maintenance calories, and I am still losing. So I've decided I would…

Keeping a deficit to make up for 'binges'
I'm still trying to lose 3 pounds and have lost 2 pounds in the last 3 months this way... so it's pretty close to maintaining. I eat at a 200-300 deficit (I think. TDEE calculators vary by quite a bit there) and go over my TDEE by 100-500 once a week or something. I'm considering just keeping that goal pretty much forever,…

We've all said something like that before. Either proactively or reactively.,, we've run off a slice of pizza after the fact, or worked out ahead of time in anticipation of a snack or meal. Is this healthy and effective for a maintenance lifestyle? No facetiousness. I would imagine that if you are measuring and hitting…

It seems that most of the information/advice talks about the idea of our bodies 'clinging' to a high set point and that can create difficulties for people not being able to lose…
