Yesterday I thought I had gained weight from ramen noodles the night before but when I woke up this morning I hadn't lost the sodium weight ( I went from 103 to 102.8) now I'm feeling discouraged that it was actually weight gain. Change my shape without losing?
Is it possible to change the shape of your body without changing your body fat percentage? My body fat percentage is at my goal; my body is not. Do I just need to accept my current shape, or will pursuing new strength and running goals (which I'm going to do anyway) possibly help the fat reposition itself more attractively?
