Maintaining with Carb Counting?

I have been loosing weight for about two years now
I started out with low carb and successfully lost weight pretty effortlessly over about a year. I moved out of state and was living with family until I found a house to buy and it was easier just to count calories as I did not expect everyone to adjust their eating habits to my low carb lifestyle. I slowly made it to my goal weight and would like to maintain with low carb and not count calories. Counting calories is more challenging for me than watching my carbs. Will I gain weight if I go back to eating as I was before switching to low calorie as I am about 15 pounds lighter? Please help (:

I think everyone might have a different experience with this. Best advice I know of, give it a try but keep an eye on the scale. You'll find what works for YOU that way. Best of luck.
  • Thank you for your reply. I plan to weigh once a week so I don't get too caught up with the scale and I will post my experience. Has anyone ever tried this?

I've reached my goal and have decided to count calories still for awhile. It
Will be easy to lose track and over eat for me if I'm not putting it down. But
    That's me :)
