I've lost 55-57lbs since May (depending on how many cookies I've eaten that day) and am currently in the maintaining stage of my weight loss. I've managed to stay between 131-135lbs for a couple of months now. I'm not a clean eater. I do Insanity and run. Just looking for friends that are also maintaining. :)

So, today I ate around 1325, and my net was 994. I think it's too high...will I gain on this, if I eat around this, +/- 100-200 a day? I also am starting Tae Bo, does anybody have any good things to say about it? Mainly, just can I maintain on this, or should I eat a little less?

Feeling discouraged
Hi. Yesterday I thought I had gained weight from ramen noodles the night before but when I woke up this morning I hadn't lost the sodium weight ( I went from 103 to 102.8) now I'm feeling discouraged that it was actually weight gain. Change my shape without losing?
Is it possible to change the shape of your body without changing your body fat percentage? My body fat percentage is at my goal; my body is not. Do I just need to accept my current shape, or will pursuing new strength and running goals (which I'm going to do anyway) possibly help the fat reposition itself more attractively?
