Confused about Maintainence after an ED

edited February 11 in Goal: Maintaining Weight
I suffered from Anorexia for a year. After my diagnosis I was put on a meal plan by my dietitian. I ate 2000 initially and didnt gain for a while. I upped a few more hundred and began to gain, I am now a healthy weight. Lately I have been eating at around 1700 a day and have maintained my weight for a while. But im wondering if I can still maintain on 2000 like I did before..or was that only because I was undernourished and underweight? Mfp says I maintain on 1700. Im a 5ft5 male nd 108lbs currently if that helps

I'd return to the dietician who was so helpful before. ED is nothing to fool around with.

Exactly. MFP gives generalized recommendations, but you should absolutely not take those numbers as gospel.
