    Betty's Alfredo Sauce by the Tbsp

    1/2 cup Great Value Heavy Whipping Cream
    4 oz (112g) Great Value Cream Cheese
    1/2 cup Great Value Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    1 tbsp Blue Bonnet Butter
    1 tbsp Land O Lakes Garlic & Herb Spreadable Butter
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb Salt Free Seasoning
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Salt Free Seasoning
    1 tbsp Parsley Flakes
    1 tbsp Dried Chives

    1. Carefully heat all ingredients on low heat in a small pot until smooth and creamy and the spices have blended in completely.
    2. Stir constantly so nothing sticks or burns.
    3. Will be thick when it sits for a while or after refrigerating, but do not add water. Simply reheat in microwave or on stove top if reheating large amount...be sure to stir! If only reheating a tbsp or 2 then go ahead and add to your food, then heat entire dish all at once...stirring as it heats to mix the alfredo sauce up in the dish.
    4. Makes a total of 10 tbsp servings. Each tbsp has 111 CALORIES, 2g CARBS, 10g FAT, 2g PROTEIN, 108mg SODIUM, 37mg POTASSIUM, and 32mg CHOLESTEROL.

    Betty's Coney Sauce (Chili)

    9.5oz Ground Beef 73% Lean 27% Fat, Skillet browned, fat drained and rinsed
    1 tbsp Great Value Onion Powder
    1 tsp Great Value Stevia bag
    1 1/2 tsp Clear Value Chili Powder
    1/4 tsp Fresh Finds Cayenne Pepper
    4 tbsp Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup
    1 cup water

    1. Brown, drain, and rinse the ground beef. Add back to the pot.
    2. Add in all other ingredients.
    3. Stir constantly and bring to a boil. Cook on low for a few minutes then it's ready!
    4. Makes 2 servings. Each serving has 395 CALORIES, 3g CARBS, 33g FAT, 21g PROTEIN, 589mg SODIUM, 5mg POTASSIUM, 83mg CHOLESTEROL.

    Betty's Chili Cheese Chips

    1/2 cup Kraft Natural Cheese Finely Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 tsp Clear Value Chili Powder

    1. set your oven to broil.
    2. mix your cheese and your chili powder together in a small bowl.
    3. drop small spoonfuls of the cheese onto a preferably nonstick baking sheet leaving a small space between each drop. make as many as you can, then tap them down a little before placing in oven to broil for only a few minutes.
    4. watch your oven very carefully so they do not burn. should take only a very few minutes.
    5. remove from oven and let sit to cool and firm up a little before eating with your chili.
    6. Makes 2 servings altogether. Each serving has 110 CALORIES, 1g CARBS, 9g FAT, 6g PROTEIN, 198mg SODIUM, 0mg POTASSIUM, and 25mg CHOLESTEROL.

    Betty's Baked Italian Shrimp

    8bsp (1 stick) Regular Blue Bonnet Stick Butter
    2 lemons with rinds, sliced very thinly and seeds removed
    1 1/2 pkgs (12oz. pkgs) Fisherman's Wharf Raw Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined, Tail Off, 41-50 count
    1 envelope Good Seasons Zesty Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet

    1. Preheat oven 350F.
    2. Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil.
    3. Place butter stick in baking pan on foil, and put in oven to melt for maybe 2-4 mins.
    4. While butter is melting, slice the lemons very thinly and remove the seeds.
    5. Once butter has melted and is spread around in the pan evenly, add the lemon slices be and once again place them evenly in the pan.
    6. Lay your shrimp in the baking pan next on top of the melted butter and lemon slices.
    7. Take out one package of the italian dressing mix to sprinkle evenly over all of the shrimp.
    8. Place in oven at 350F for 15-20mins, watching very carefull
    9. Makes 3 servings. Each serving has 267 CALORIES, 3g CARBS, 21g FAT, 14g PROTEIN, 1127mg SODIUM, 0mg POTASSIUM, and 438 CHOLESTEROL.

    I've done this without the lemon juice and stevia. Can't do stevia. I was still delicious. Will try adding the lemon juice next time. :)

    Try using parchment paper instead of spraying baking sheet. The cheese comes right off.
