Does anyone set themselves positive "eat more" goals?

I was wondering about setting myself a positive goal ..
i.e Today I will eat 8 servings of vegetables (this cheered me up immensely, the thought of eating MORE today :-) ). Does anyone else set themselves positive goals? If so, what are they?
