What I am eating... is it the right stuff for weightloss? Any advice??

Hello

I am just wondering peoples thoughts about my current diet plan.. as I have gone down from 14 stone 2, to 12 stone 9, however am now stuck  . My underactive thyroid doesn't help!!

In the summer to lose the weight I was...

Fitness plan
- 30 day shred Tues, Weds, Thurs, Sat
- Aquafit Monday
- Rest day Friday
- Gym Sunday
- Tiny bit of hulahooping

Diet
Mon-Thurs
- 'Fruit pot' in the mornings - raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, cherries (alternating of about two/three of these - expensive)
- Mid morning snack - An apple, plum, pear, orange (alternating)
- Lunch - A potato, olive oil and half a tin of tuna
- Afternoon veg pot - Carrots, celery, babycorn, cherry tomatoes
- Dinner - Salad, and if hungry then a slice of brown bread (hormonal times of the month!)
- Snack - none in the evening, or used my Dessert Bullet to make some sorbet (depends on how much veg I made.

Friday
- 'Fruit pot' in the mornings - raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, cherries (alternating of about two/three of these - expensive)
- Mid morning snack - An apple, plum, pear, orange (alternating)
- Lunch - A potato, olive oil and half a tin of tuna
- Afternoon veg pot - Carrots, celery, babycorn, cherry tomatoes
- Dinner - Hand made chips, peas and cod (like a fish and chip shop but made from the freezer in my house on a Friday)
- Snack - none in the evening, or used my Dessert Bullet to make some sorbet (depends on how much veg I made.

**I think on the Friday I was eating too much carb!

Saturday/Sunday
- Smoothies with various chia seeds etc (Nutribullet) - This includes veggie
- Lunch - Depends where I was... if I am out then salad or something, or a sandwich
- Dinner - Smoothies - This includes veggie

Winter plan.... (but I am seeking thoughts!)
**I think I need to eat salad again for lunch during the winter due to Carbs!

Fitness plan
- Slim in 6
- Once Slim in 6 is done I am going to do another programme with Aquafit back again (taking a break)
- Rest day Friday
- Gym Sunday
- When okay weather, hulahooping

- Afternoon veg pot - Carrots, celery, babycorn, cherry tomatoes
- Dinner - Living at home.. generally get given curries with brown rice, pies  , pasta etc (carbie!!)
- Snack - none in the evening, or use my Dessert Bullet to make some sorbet (depends on how much veg I make. When I am craving chocolate or something badly I go to the freezer and get a spoon of B&Jerry's then put it away. Rather than making a bowl! Works wonders for my cravings... usually once every few weeks!

- Snack - I have a cinema pass, so I tend to eat M&Ms and share them with my boyfriend on Fridays

- Dinner - Smoothies - This includes veggie
- Snack - I have a cinema pass, so I tend to eat M&Ms and share them with my boyfriend on Sat & Sun

I am thinking the following issues
*The amount of sugar?
*The amount of carbs/gluten?
*The amount of protein?
*What has sodium in it?
*Cut out M&Ms at the cinema - I have tried taking nuts etc to the cinema but it's not the same. Any good ideas of what to take? I don't like salty popcorn, only sweet.

All bread, rice etc I eat is brown by the way!
