Hello all -
Just trying to put my feelers out for some friends on here with similar goals to mine. I have used MFP on and off (mostly off) over the last couple years. I am 5'8" and 169 lbs right now with a goal of 147 lbs or 150. My BMI at the present is 35 so even though I'm not super heavy I have plenty of room for improvement. My goal is to lose some fat and gain some musckles. My trainer at 24 hour fitness told me this website was very good and to utilize it. She says jump, I jump My plan is to blog or just make notes of my daily workout routine and take notes regarding food intake and such. I want to be as thorough as possible. Anyway, if you are interested in having me as your friend on here, feel free to add me.
