Started NROLFW

I started the NROLFW program on Monday and I'm excited to see my results. The only thing I'm trying to figure out is if I should continue to run like I have been. I currently run 20-25 miles a week, but am unsure if I should continue that based on what I've read in the book. Thoughts?

I just started it yesterday. I run but not as much as you. I will likely keep doing two 30 minute runs a week and then a couple of walks as well. Nothing terribly strenuous but I really enjoy running so I don't want to cut it out entirely.0

I'm in the last stage of NROLFW. I would probably cut back on the running a bit. You'll likely experience some pretty bad muscle soreness, especially at the beginnings of each stage. I would run maybe 2x/week and make sure to give yourself a rest day.
Are you doing NROLFW 2 or 3 times a week? If doing it 2x a week you might be able to sneak in a third run. That said, don't push it. Sometimes your legs are just going to feel fatigued and you need to give them a break and let them recover so your next lift will be awesome.0 -
I'm doing it 3 days a week (MWF) so I was planning on doing my runs on Sat and Sun. I don't want to interfere with my muscle recovery though. Maybe just two short runs over the weekend? I am pretty sore after only two workouts so far..0
