I weigh myself every day, take measurements every 2 weeks, and pictures every 20-25 lb lost.
Clothes getting loose, noticing muscles, lifting more weight, doing longer or faster cardio or your heart rate staying lower... all are NSV's.
The less you have to lose, the slower it will go. Patience, grasshopper.
If you're stuck for a couple weeks, cut 50 calories & see what happens.0
