Need help logging exercise

Hi guys,

I just spent an hour in the pool doing constant forward and back handsprings, and hand stands with a few other "acrobatic" type activities thrown in--in the pool. I'm trying to log this exercise but I have no idea what to call it or how to find out approximately how many calories I burned doing this. I can tell I got a work out because I'm exhausted--btw it's a lot more fun to do laps in handsprings than just swimming...

Anybody have any idea how I can log this and find out calories burned?

What I would do is get an activity tracker you can wear underwater, and log it as water-aerobics. Which is basically the same as aquarobics. I'd personally say 500 odd but that is a guesstimate.

Many entries in MFP's database are overestimated, so people who eat back their exercise calories generally only eat 50% back.
