I was browsing news stories and found this:

I had no idea that specifically "whole" grains are so important for maintaining a healthy heart. I thought all grains/cereals and the like were equal, but the researchers at Harvard explain it so well.

I'm definitely adding more whole grains to my diet!

    Great article. I've been trying to add more whole grains into my diet as well. I found Quinoa at Costco the other week and I love it. I even ordered Quinoa pasta from Amazon. I had that for dinner last night and it wasn't bad.
