Odd squat stance

When I squat my right leg/knee sticks out further than my left side. I often get pain in my hips as well. Where my legs connect near the back, and when it gets bad on the outside and runs through to the inside where my legs connect. I'm hyper flexible but I have never been able to even get close to the middle splits (it feels like my legs will pop out of the hip socket). I've tried to see a chiro/physical therapist but they just want me to stretch and point my toes it's not really moving my hip into place and that was costing a fortune. Please help if you know anything about this.
