I eat quite clean whenever possible, mostly raw vegetables, nuts, some chicken, fruits and seeds and i only drink water and my protein shakes. Lately i have had to adjust my diet due to losing too much weight :( Ive lost a good 2 inches on my bum and i want it back! So ive been adding eggs, more wholegrain breads, pastas, sweet potato, honey etc

I do not eat sweets, nothing with preservatives or artificial colours of flavours. Absolutely no soft drinks!!
